When traveling from another country to the Dominican Republic you will be required to fill a E-ticket form online required by the government. The E-ticket is the customs and immigration form. It cannot be filled out in person.

Once you pass the Hotel Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort, make a right on the next entrance. The condominium Playa Coral is going to be to your right almost at the end of the road, and once you arrive to the gate, provide the unit number or reservation info to access the condominium.
Each unit has one assigned parking spot available. The parking spots are identified with its unit number.

To unload luggage we recommend to go to lobby area and then park the vehicle once finished. Lobby area is heading to the left once we the security gate is passed.
Parking spots are located on the right side after entering the security gate.
If you have more than one vehicle for one unit contact us for an extra parking spot.
At your arrival to the condo in the security gate will register all guest and will place a bracelet for each guests.
Property is self check in with a Smart lock. Pin code will be provided for the suite 24 before arrival.

House Keeping is included every 3 days for full cleaning upon request. If you need a unit refreshment, towells, toiletries, etc please contact the host to request it. Remember to let us know if our crew can access the unit if you wont be at the unit. You can always schdule your house keeping ahead of time for your entire trip.

Due to delays, immigration & customs we recommend to send us a text as soon as you land and be in communication with us so we can monitor the time.
Punta Cana International Airport Arrivals has two terminals A & B. To wait for your shuttle we always recommend to wait in the cafe area
