Payment Policy:
• At booking, only 1 night will be collected. Within the 60 days of check-in date the remaining balance of your booking reservation will be collected to the card on file. If you book within 60 days of your check in date, 100% of your reservation will be charged to your credit/debit card.
Cancellations:
• Free cancellation until 45 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). $100 penalty will be added after 48 hrs of the booking date.
• Cancel 30 days within the check-in and get a 50% refund.
• In case of a “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
• To cancel your reservation, send us an email with your reservation number to info@destinationjelly.com
• Is there a Hairdryer in the suite? Yes.
• Do you have a gym? Yes.
• Do you offer handicapped rooms?Yes.
• Is Wi-Fi available in the suites? Yes.
• Do you have housekeeping available? Yes, we will provide daily housekeeping services to our- all inclusive bookings.
• Do you offer non-smoking suites? All suites are non-smoking (smoking is allowed on the balcony only).
• Is it possible to book spa treatments online? Yes, under the “things to do” tab on our website.
• Can I reserve a table in a restaurant? Yes, by phone, on our website, or open table.
• At what time is check-in/Check out? Check-In 3:00 pm, Check-Out 11:00 am.
• What are the reception (Front Desk) opening hours? 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. After-hours assistance by virtual concierge.
• Are the rates per person or per suite? Per Suite (4 Bedrooms, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom).
• Where can I see the rates?/ How much is a suite/night? You can find it under the availability section. Rates vary per suite selection.
• Can I book two suites/rooms with different occupancy? Yes.
• Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure? Invoices are sent automatically to the master guest register on the reservation you can always request a copywriting to us at info@destinationjelly.com. (info@destinationjelly.com.)
• What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room? Call us or send us an email at 954.281.5592 or info@destinationjelly.com (info@destinationjelly.com)
• How many rooms can be booked at once? As many as available.
• How can I see which features are included in the price? Under the description section on each suite option.
• How many people can I make a reservation for? Group bookings are available on our website, if you need further assistance or information you can reach out to our team via phone number (954- 281-5592) or email.
• Why did I not receive a booking confirmation? The booking confirmation is sent automatically to the email address that you registered. If you did not receive a confirmation please contact us by phone or email.
• Can I check in without my reservation number?Yes, as long as your name is on the reservation.
• Can I cancel only certain parts of my reservation (for example one of the two booked rooms)? Yes, it is possible.
• By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to? Free cancellation until 45 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). $100 penalty will be added after 48 hrs of the booking date. • Do you offer airport shuttles transportation? Yes, standard and lux options available upon request, starting at $50 dollars per trip.
• Do you have a late check- out? Yes. as long as there's no check in on the same day. we can confirm late check out in the morning of your check out date.
• How can I change or cancel my reservation? By sending us an email with your reservation number requesting cancelation. NO CANCELATIONS MADE BY PHONE!
• Which payment methods do you offer? Credit or debit card, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Wire Transfer.
• Is my credit card being charged at the time of booking? At booking, only 1 night will be collected.
